I received a lifting treatment, and I could see the results immediately, which made it a really great experience. I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Osaka.

I booked a 1-hour hydrafacial for my partner and I after two weeks of travel and was really looking forward to it. The location was somewhat difficult to find, and there was a bit of a language barrier, which I understand while visiting Japan. However, there was no communication about what the service would include, and we weren’t guided through the steps. There were also a few attempts to upsell, which made the experience feel unclear. After about 15 minutes total of cleansing and using an unknown machine, a sheet mask was placed on my face and I was left alone for the remaining time. Staff came in and out of the room, the overhead light stayed on, and no one checked in. I eventually had to ask what was going on, only to be told there were 5–10 minutes left before finishing with cream. Paying for a 1-hour facial and receiving only 15 minutes of actual treatment feels misleading. I would not recommend this place. Save your time and money.
