Aqua Of The Seas 3D2N Cruise: Paglilibot sa Ha Long Bay at Lan Ha Bay

Talagang nasiyahan ako sa pananatili sa cruise na ito sa loob ng 2 araw. Mas marami kang oras para magpahinga at mag-enjoy. Ang isang araw ay sobrang puno ng iba't ibang aktibidad. Malalaki at komportable ang mga silid at perpekto ang malaking baththub para tangkilikin ang paglubog ng araw. Mahal nga lang, pero sa huli wala akong pinagsisihan. Sulit na gawin minsan sa buhay mo 👍

We had a great time in the cruise the service was good and care and attention paid to many aspects, such as calling us to join a day trip so we dont miss out when we misunderstood the timing. also it was Christmas Eve and they made that evening extra special with gifts and treats and a special meal. It is a big cruise so can feel like you being rushed from one item to another but they still made the whole experience as comfortable as can in busy space. rooms are big and very clean. I put a stars down for itinerary as I read if you do 2 nights you will cruise further away from crowds but boat stayed in Central Area and many people came and went so was very busy we one of only 2 couples doing 2 nights stay so we did not see much outside tourist areas so if you looking for quieter trip that goes further this is not a good option. It’s good option for families and big groups as the very accommodating.

I really the enjoyed this cruise. I booked the 3day2night and the activities were great. I especially loved the sunsets over Hao Long Bay! it was also great to have my own balcony in the room. The only downside is as a solo traveler I have to pay the room full price so double the per person rate.

Overall we enjoyed the trip but commenting on a few things that we would have liked to know ahead of time: 1. after booking aqua of the seas and booking being accepted, we were told that it was sold out, that we could have a spot on Aqua Luxury, and that we had to pay more for it due to it being “6 stars vs 5 stars”. not end of the world but something I’d like to avoid in the future. 2. likely due to booking via Klook, we did not actually get a balcony and were placed on the top floor where the loud bar is located. not direct fault of booking company SST travel but I would book direct next time if I did it again. 3. on the bus transfer back, the driver saw police and I don’t think they are able to stop in front of hotels in front of them so got stressful to drop off that many passengers quickly and erratically, sometimes circling the block again. everyone was nice but if I did it again I’d just ask them to drop me off somewhere near old quarter and take a grab to hotel to save an hour

we booked this cruise and was kicked off at the marina we didn’t realise we had been booked on another cruise by the same company (aqua luxury) so our cruise was amazing but neither klook nor the supplier advised we would be kicked off until i messaged them when i been told at the marina. also, i reached out to klook for support and they said they escalated it but i’ve not heard anything in 2 weeks. safe to say this wasn’t what i expected and wouldn’t recommend. book direct through the cruise company to save yourself the stress.
