Mila 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

we have a great time with Mila cruise. since start pick up with comfortable bus and safe drive. The cruise was safe journey and memorable, nice room with soft bed . All staff and the guide very good service and informative. Every meal was very good , fresh, and delicious. The itinerary was perfect worth for money we have paid. Recommend!!!

we had an amazing experience with the cruise and it’s staff. everyone is caring. They take care of each and every small needs of ours . sightseeing is also good. Our mother is pure vegetarian and they took care of that as well. Only want that they should put set menu card for lunch also on table as they put for dinner.

мне очень понравился круиз, это было действительно интересно. цены на напитки дороговаты , сама программа хорошая, гид видно, что любит свою работу. персонал на корабле очень приветливый и улыбчивый. еда очень вкусная.

It rained on the first day of our cruise. All activites still pushed through though. They provided disposable raincoats which is ok. Food was decent but not super super good. Room was also decent and looks renovated. We got an upgraded room with two views with balcony! Would recommend this cruise!

Все было великолепно: комфортный автобус забрал из Ханоя, доставил до паромной станции. Далее заселение на круиз. Номер очень комфортный. В номере есть даже чайник! Гид везде помогал, подсказывал. Еда была отличной и ее было много. На все активности отводилось достаточно времени. Понятно, что не в силах круиза сделать мало людей на острове Ти Топ, но зато мы имели достаточно времени, чтобы подняться наверх без спешки. Сам круиз прошел великолепно, но было одно НО: обратный трансфер. Во время трансферов делается одна остановка на туалет и перекусить. Водитель сказал, что заберёт нас через 20 минут. Через 20 минут его нет, через 30 тоже. Мы все стоим на жаре.. мне аж стало не хорошо от духоты, я зашла внутрь магазина под кондиционер. Отвлеклась на 2 минуты на телефон, поднимаю глаза, мои попутчики пошли к автобусу, сам автобус не видно, он встал за другим. Выхожу из помещения, а автобус отъезжает. Благо прохожий увидел меня, догнал на байке автобус метров в 300.

Exceptional service provided by the cruise members. They catered to all the requirements, specially the food provided for us was delicious as we were vegetarians. they took care of us like family. Highly recommend doing the overnight cruise. value for money: 100% service: exceptional

Sulit ang bawat sentimo ng buong karanasan. Napaka-akomodasyon ng lahat ng staff. Espesyal na pasasalamat kay Happy sa paggawa ng higit pa para sa amin.

We had our cruise in Hạ Long Bay during the TET holiday, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Our tour coordinator Jenny was very helpful throughout the trip. She kept us updated thru whatsapp, provided contact numbers, which gave us peace of mind—especially since we were traveling during a busy holiday period. The bus going to Hạ Long Bay had an air-conditioning issue, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, this was a minor setback compared to the wonderful cruise experience that followed. The cruise itself was fantastic! The staff provided excellent service—they were attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was also very good, with a great variety and quality. The only area for improvement would be the boat’s maintenance, as some parts showed visible wear and tear. Our return trip to Hanoi was much better, faster & bus was in good condition Overall, despite a small issue with the first bus ride, we had a memorable and enjoyable Hạ Long Bay cruise experience. 😊

雖然上岸和下岸後需要等一點時間才有人接送，但整體來說體驗很不錯。導遊很好客，食物質素正常，行程時間充足，房間有點舊但整體尚算乾淨。
