V-Dream Day Cruise: Look ng Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

We booked Ha Long Bay day tour from Hanoi through Klook and it was the best decision to do so as the price was pretty reasonable in comparison to the ticket price over the counter. The V Dream Cruise had wonderful ambience, super polite staff and excellent services. All the activities included in the itinerary were well coordinated and very well planned and executed. Kudos to the entire team. 100 % recommended.

Had an amazing time at the cruise! I loved the activities provided! our guide was super helpful and funny! the cruise staff also made sure to provide us with vegetarian food since we don't eat meat. Special dishes were cooked for us and they had our best interest in mind! the guide also made sure we were at our best conformt levels in the cruise and outside the cruise during activities as well. he explained everything in detail and even took our pictures and took care of our belongings. it is a must book! thank you for the lovely experience 💓💓🛥️🏝️

we arrived Halong at 2nd July evening from Sapa and we want to visit halong bay for day tour on 3rd July. we tried to book all the cruise companies from Klook , but failed to get one because of too late ready for next morning. But fortunately I found one which is V ' dream Company. so I booked quickly.But afew minutes later ,Aaron (from that company)contact me for no good news which he said it was full, But he is excellent staff to help me to get the similar one. He gave me excellent and accurate information to get into the one which I appreciate it very much. Although we did not get the chance with his company, he is the one showed me how to make customer satisfaction. I fully acknowledge with his service. I feel bad he was trying to get me the other one until 11pm on that night.He deserves the excellent customer service reward since his service is beyound the customer satisfaction with best quality.I wish he would get promotion , better salary and big bonus. 👍
