Sol Spa & Massage Experience sa Ha Noi

I booked this session on a whim and I’m so glad I did. The receptionist was really accommodating and friendly. She listed all the things I needed and informed my therapist. The therapist was also very good! I slept like a baby during the session. lol

The place is clean, relax and private (not like some place with a thin curtain). I’m so impressed with every service here. The reception guy is so friendly and polite. He’ll asking about what we’re looking for taking massage (which part we want to focus, how light/strong we need). The massager is sweet and skillful. I feel relax and comfortable here. If I come to Hanoi again, I’ll definitely come here! (They also give you a tasty drink and snack while waiting ❤️)

The experience was fantastic! They accommodated 3 of us in the last minute. The foot massage was very relaxing and the therapist was very understanding and careful as one of us had a past fracture. The spa is very clean and well maintained.

This spa was absolutely amazing. The reception was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. The therapist gave a wonderfully relaxing massage, truly working to ease all the tension in my body. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure every detail was tailored to my needs. Overall, Sol Spa is the perfect retreat . Highly recommend!

there was initially some mess with regards to reserving a slot via Klook, where it seems that Klook’s reservation system and Sol’s reservation system is different. but Sol contacted me in advance to confirm my date and timing slot. They were also very responsive in helping me clear up my confusion. the Spa has two entrances, one smaller and one bigger. service was superb from start to finish. Susan was very welcoming and very detailed in asking me for my preferences. I was served tea and cakes twice which was great. the Masseuse(did not get her name) was great! she was very mindful of what preferences I had given. the massage was thorough and not careless. I would 20/10 recommend. klook prices are also cheaper than the walk-in price.
