Highly recommend this tour. The arrangements were very professional and Alana made sure everything went smoothly - especially as this was our first time in Shanghai. Our guide Xin was most knowledgeable and accommodating. The tour covered all the highlights of the city but did not seem rushed. We were able to take our time and really enjoyed the varied ambiance of this beautiful city. Exceptional value. Thank you again to the team for making our trip so much fun!

we had a fantastic experience on our half-day private Shanghai City tour, guided by Snow and driven by Shifu. This tour was a perfect blend of history, culture, and beautiful sights, and we give them both 5*. ​Snow is an incredible guide. Her English level is excellent, and she made us feel comfortable from the moment we started. Her knowledge at the Jade Buddha Temple was especially impressive-; we learned about the different types of Buddhas, the Buddhist religion, history and importance of the temple itself. ​At The Bund, Snow brought the city to life, detailing the contrast and connection between the 'old' and 'new' Shanghai's history and explaining the history of the structures. The tour also included a very nice, authentic local lunch. Our final stop, Yu Garden, was truly the highlight—intensely beautiful. ​Shifu was an excellent driver, ensuring we were on time at every single spot and providing a smooth, comfortable ride throughout the busy city. ​We highly recommend!!!

the tour was very informative and the tour guide is very friendly and knows where to take pictures, know where the shortest route is. overall great experience. special shoutout to Caroline for being extra helpful and pleasant. super great if you only have 1 free day at Shanghai.

Kalvin was our guide and he arrived at meeting place punctually. He’s soft spoken, patient, friendly and so knowledgeable about Shanghai and its history. it was a Sunday and so much crowded than before and Kalvin was sensitive to try to make our tour as comfortable as possible in that situation. I especially love the impromptu tea appreciation session away from the heat and crowds. Kalvin is prepared to go all out to make our trip memorable. We are very grateful of his great service. Good job! this is a must try to have a taste of what Shanghai can offer.

The car ride to the places was very smooth and trip was well planned. Our guide Judy was very informative and friendly. We enjoyed the tour.

Alana was good at giving the overview of the trip. she was good at sharing the weather conditions in the day of tour, and type of clothing that must be worn. Judy was good at explaining the history of all the places we went to and the food suggestions that she gave. she was also good at taking good pictures. Driver kept our walking distance minimum as it was very cold outside. His driving was very smooth and the car was clean.
