utah was awesome. he was on time and very professional and accommodating of our preferred itinerary. he gave us his opinion and options too: from spots, to rides and resto. mr. fuji-san showed up too. what a memorable experience. i would definitely recommend this team to family and friends.

One of the best tours we’ve went to. Our guide Koda was super amazing and went above and beyond for us to be able to go to our list. Our itinerary included the Arakurayama Sengen Park, Lake Kawaguchi, Saiko Iyashi-no-sato Nenba, Heiwa no Torii and Lake Ashi! If you have a family or travelling with friends, we definitely recommend booking this private tour!

This tour was amazing! It was a perfect day to visit Mt. Fuji. The sky was clear, the mountain was perfectly visible, and it was mesmerizing! We decided to do a private tour with 4 adults & 1 kid. I would highly recommend it, because we got to customized our itinerary. Our driver Caffrey was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. He was on time picking us up and kept us informed about our destinations and what to expect. He spoke English and communicated well. We visited Chareito Pagoda, Oshino Hakkai, & Gotemba Outlets. We only had about an hour at the outlet because we had to start driving back by 4pm due to traffic. Our hotel was located in Haneda. We also had to pay extra 10k yen because the location was outside of the pick up area. Overall, it was a fun trip to Mt. Fuji.

John was purely amazing. He had a great & cheerful demeanor. He is fluent in English and very engaging. He is very informed and great to spend the day with. Most importantly, he was patient and amazing with the kids. Half way through the trip, my 2 year old started calling him uncle John. As per the photo, he was more than happy to just hang out with uncle John the entire trip :). We unfortunately didn't have great luck with clear views of Mt Fuji the day we went, but John knew some alternate options/activities for us to do. Highly recommend John, especially if you are travelling with kids!

Koda our driver was very accommodating, helped us plan the itinerary for the day, and gave us brief information on each place visited. He was prompt in picking us up, and was always waiting for us closeby when we were ready to move to the next location. Good value for money!

I highly recommend using this company. We took a fully customizable tour of spots to see Mt. Fuji. We were able to pick the spots we wanted to see, and the start time which was very convenient. Our driver John was prompt, friendly, professional, and very helpful. We appreciated how clean and comfortable his van was, and with his help, we avoided traffic and crowds, saw everything we wanted to see, and got great photos. We will definitely be booking again. The tour was an amazing experience from start to finish. The weather was perfect, giving us a clear and breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. Our driver, Lookman, was excellent—communicating with him in English was effortless, and his calm and friendly demeanor made the trip even more enjoyable. He also made recommendations on places to visit that weren’t in our initial itinerary, which added to the experience. This was the highlight of our trip! Caffrey was an amazing guide and the best we had in our Japan trip. We were able to see the spots we want to go to and we never felt rushed. I appreciate how the tour was designed to really let us enjoy it at our own phase. We were able to see Mt. Fuji clearly in all the spots that we went to.
