The kitchen staff during breakfast was horrific. Everytime we were there, the staff forgot our order and had to be reminded. Delays were upwards of 30 to 45 minutes. Sometimes the order was not prepared correctly. I asked for sunny side up eggs, and got scrambled. Sometimes the food looked like warmed up leftovers. And on Sunday, there was a hair on my food. I retuned it because that was the final straw.
Conversely, the dinner staff did a fabulous job preparing fresh, hot food. It was slow, but worth it for the quality I received.
