Fantastic location. Staff was very helpful, however they did not read the notes for my room upgrade and failed to follow through the next day, so I was a little disappointed at that.
The amenities, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff are “A+”, The front desk staff can use a little bit better training as they are quick to judge and come across as questioning motives.
The parking, walkable nearby shops and restaurants make this an amazing place and like I mentioned, the support staff saved the experience every single interaction with them.
