Overall it was a good experience. I would definitely stay here again. Good value!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's just beside the railway, and when the train passing by it is loud. Ear plugs are provided, but we didn't use. There is no train running after 10.30pm ish? So we were not affected at all unless you go to sleep at 9 o'clock. No restaurant in the hotel, but there are so many choices around. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

We loved staying here even though it was just one night. We loved having 2 king beds in our room since we are a family of 4 with teens. The location was perfect too! Downtown and walkable to everything

Loved this property, but next time will book a room in the front of the property, as trains run past frequently. The staff were amazing!

Excellent location and very clean

Parking was horrible and confusing. Staff wasn’t helpful and seemed annoyed.

We were on the ground floor. The carpet was very worn and damp with no underlay underneath and had 4 or 5 large stains. I told the front desk but they said as they were full there was nothing they could do and they didn’t get back to me or apologize. The room was quite small. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom fine. The front desk area is quite small and not as nice as it looks in the photos. The gallery photos make the place look bright and airy, fresh and modern, but instead the front entry and hotel room were the opposite: small, dark, and damp with no style. Very disappointing. Little value for the high price and hard to be stuck in a room they don’t have time to properly clean in between guests.
