The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly.

Very small

It feels home to me

Room was okay but shower was not draining. Staff was nice. Property was close to malls.

Better communication that you need to coordinate ahead of time what bldg to check in. otherwise your taxi/Grab drops you off. in the wrong bldg. Also better communication about how to get pool ticket

It’s hard to contact anyone during initial communications as I had some last minute issues on my end that would affect my stay, instead of responding within at least 2-3 business days, I had to wait for a week or so or go through agent to help me notify the property about my message. The room was fine. Basic stuff like microwave, stove, refrigerator, pans, plates, and utensils were provided in the property, which is nice. The bidet is available but had a problem with it so we end up not using it. I contacted the property about this problem but got no proper response that addressed the issue. The pool is paid to use, which I didn’t mind paying for, but I felt like this information should be included on the information as it caught us by surprise. There is no instruction on how to get the stub to access the pool on the check-in information. My issue is honestly communication, otherwise everything is good.

The pool need to pay when you use it and the damage deposit never give back to us

I am disappointed with my stay and do not intend to return. Although I booked for three nights, I only stayed for one night because the room did not match the website's description. The shower was broken, and we had to use a bucket. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable.

it was a great 0lace to relax and rest.

We didn't expected a swimming pool change per day per head.
