Very good stay, I can stay again.

Excessive road noise particularly during daytime. Can't get proper nap on day time and sleep in the evening. All staff were helpful and friendly except for one at the front desk name Jing. Very inconsiderate, unhelpful, and unfriendly. She supposed to play a crucial role being at the front desk and she doesn't really have a concept of what good customer service is all about. I'm a traveler came 10am, very unwell and tired that day. I need an early check in even if have to pay extra. But I have to come back from time to time if there's rooms available and she keeps saying nothing without trying, without picking up the phone or calling any colleagues to ask. Until I had enough at 1pm, please call your housekeeping. And thats when she did and I got it. I had to push her to try. That's really frustrating. Poor maintenance. Broken floor tiles on the 2nd floor. Washroom door showing some wear and tear. Bathroom towels are getting old. Broken air-conditioning at the lobby so it was exhaustingly hot while waiting for my room to available. The only good thing about this hotel was, it's close to the airport and moa.

The overall stay was good, but the check- in process was very disappointing. The official check-in time is 2 PM, and we arrived at 1:30 PM. We understood that we might have to wait until 2 PM, but we didn’t received our room until 2:45 PM, which was frustrating after a long trip. To make matters worse, there were no towels in our room. When we asked the staff, we were simply told “to follow”, the towels weren’t delivered until around 7PM. Other than these issues, everything else about our stay was fine. The hotel itself was nice, but the check-in process and the delay in providing basic room amenities definitely need improvement.
