Selling luxury but giving you trash! Room was a mish-mash of broken parts. Staff was young and ignorant paying more attention to their phones. Unfortunately I had booked this hotel twice, before and after a trip to Sapa. If I was with someone I would have moved right away! The first time the room was dumpy with absolutely no window! The second time the room was so hot on the 6th floor that it wouldn't cool down. The windows were left wide open and it seemed that there were visitors from Wanderlust Hostel next door probably using the bathroom. Too many other things wrong to type! Avoid this place! You will fine a better place for much less a night! They should call the room INFERIOR instead of Superior for sure!

We love how accommodating the people in the hotel. They helped us a lot starting with the airport pickup, their recommendations for food, and they even assist you with tours. The room is clean and very cozy

I loved the property because it was very neat and the staff were amazing. Trust me you will get your money’s worth. It is centrally located in the city with good restaurants and buzzing atmosphere.

The staff were really good at helping with everything, both onward transport, we got help with, among other things, a bus ticket onward from Hanoi. They were also helpful with experiences in and around the city. Really friendly and welcoming :)) It was very well located and within walking distance of almost everything.

Our room really worked for us. Great location in the heart of Hanoi. Very comfortable at a great price. Staff arrange a txi to the airport for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely amazing hotel, clean spacious rooms, amazing cleaning service. Staff were very friendly, always greeting me with a smile, holding doors open, asking me if there was anything they could help me with. The service was exceptional. The hotel is in a very good location, in the Centre of Hanoi, with all attractions in walking distance. I was so impressed that I wanted to extend my stay by another few nights, however there were no more rooms available as the hotel is clearly popular due to it being so amazing! Thank you to all of the staff for making me feel so welcome during my stay :)

A compact hotel located in the city centre within walking distance of attractions and cafes and restaurants to choose from. Fabulous, helpful, unobtrusive staff. If there are any problems they resolve them very quickly.
