ดีมากเข้าพักคนเดียว
Small hotel with great location - close enough to walk to Ho Hoan Kiem Lake yet far and away from all the hustle bustle .
Many street food in the area and cafe
Excellent staff
Would stay again

Location of the hotel was great and the staff were nice, but someone else was in our room! We were taken to the next room first which was a better room (the safe there didn’t work, though.) We could have stayed there, but we were moved to the lower grade room on a different floor. That really messed up and I was late for the program I wanted to go because of that. Also one side of the bed was so itchy. I woke up during the night because of that. We kept getting someone else’s laundry, too. We were also disappointed that there were no fruits for breakfast.

พอใช้ Organised early check at 7am
Only 1 room ready
Lots of excuses
At 11,30 was told I could have a better room if I paid more
Them can have better room same price
Then you have to change rooms at 10.30pm to standard room
No manager to speak to unless they were hiding
Standard room no window
Breakfast poor choice and quality

ดี Good hotel if you want a bed at a low price. Needs a little facelift and a bit more cleaning but overall okay stay.

ดี The room was a pleasant surprise as it was sufficiently large and well equipped. The staff was nice and smily. The downside was the breakfast, very poor, and the internet, which was intermittently working and not working. This hotel is for a cheap stay in a convenient/central location of Hanoi, but not for business.

ยอดเยี่ยม We ended up staying at the Silver Boutique Hotel for four days and it was a fantastic base in the French Quarter to see the sights of Hanoi and visit attractions further afield such as Halong Bay and Sapa. Thai at the front desk is friendly and knowledgable and was a fantastic help organising tours and train tickets. Highly recommended.
