In a very bad part of town.

The budget clients were courteous, but the staff seemed overly eager to suspect everyone of trying to pull a fast one somehow

You get what you pay for and this stay was low cost

The staff was great, but the rooms were terrible odor was emitting from these rooms I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this place. It’s disgusting.

Everything was good especially the breakfast and price

The room was very clean, and the staff were really courteous.

Had a glitch with an online payment, and was accidentally over-charged. The manager was quick to look into it, and fixed it before I checked out in the morning. Excellent customer service ! Thanks to all for the good stay.

The hostel has very good facilities and amenities, the staff is very friendly, they have a restaurant with very reasonable prices, and the rooms are clean. Despite being conveniently located near the train and bus station, the surrounding area is noisy, with many brothels and drug use, although it's not dangerous.

The location of this property is right in the middle of the red light district and was unsafe. Thieves, street prostitutes, drug dealers/users just outside the entrance. The place was noisy both inside and outside the property. Other than the reception area, the facility was below average. Overall, this was by far the worst place I have stayed in Europe over the past few weeks.
