Well my 1st experience with kids. Was interested. Definitely not my favorite. Street was dirty scary of drugs people and loud of club music. Close to train station and downtown. Ac didnt work Reception2 people. 1 helpful. 1 mean cold and not friendly. Mattress old dirty. Window curtains too. Shower curtain was broken and napking holder too. Under bed no one vacuum. Grocery close by. I wad scared at first. My window was facing strip club. So at night we couldn't have a fresh air because of noise and ac wasnt working and we sweat alot. Kinda disappointed of Frankfurt. When I was 19 I had better memories. Definitely not comfortable place with kids. If I only knew. I would pay more for safety and comfort.

Horrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially for women or solo travelers. The neighborhood is dangerous, with crackheads on nearly every corner, and I never felt safe walking around the area. They would not allow early check-in, the room was freezing cold, and the service overall was terrible except for the chef and a few kind reception staff. Mr. Ashraf was the worst part of the experience. After I complained that my room was extremely cold and asked about using the sauna, he screamed at me in the elevator. He was arrogant, rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional throughout my stay. As a Black person, I genuinely did not feel welcome there. Staff need to understand that guest feedback is meant to help improve service, not to attack customers for speaking up respectfully. And to make things worse, Hotels.com was completely useless and did nothing to help.

Das Zimmer war makellos. Der Föhn hat leider nicht funktioniert. Dafür gab es ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Die Straße ist jedoch sehr laut.

The property was clean and the hotel is in a good location, which is close to the train station.
