Stayed one night room clean staff on check-in quick but woke up with noted all over me from the bed

Very noisy.

Based on the description and photos shared by Hotels.com, I expected to have a fridge in the room and gyms and a spa as part of the hotel. There was no fridge and no gym or spa. Nowhere in the descriptions did it indicate that there would be hundreds of guests having breakfast at any given time which made it very noisy and a rather rushed way to start the day.

Clean room!

For the centre of London, this was an excellent choice for the money paid. The staff were very attentive, being able to store luggage was very useful and the bedrooms were as advertised. There was some minor noise through the window but this is the middle of a city and there were complimentary ear plugs in the room. It didn’t disturb us.

Ideal location for Euston Station. Love that they can keep your luggage for you. We picked it up on the way to the station. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Could do with some air conditioning but managed ok. Comfy beds. Hotel could do with updating but for the money it was fine. Staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. Always some staff around and ready to help. Also, they have water on tap to fill up bottles. I liked this. Breakfast was very busy and expensive for someone who doesn’t eat much breakfast. It wasn’t the best but adequate. I would stay again.

Good hotel in central London near multiple transit options, can definitely recommend for friend groups as there were rooms with 3-4 beds. It got loud at night next to a busy street and no AC was difficult in the summer weather, but I'd definitely stay here in the colder months. Check-in and out were a breeze. Convenience store right outside was also great for quick pickups in the mornings and evenings.

Staff are great location is super handy just check in/ luggage storage were overwhelmed due to hotel size and majority of guests seem big tourist group If you want to store your luggage with the hotel, give yourself a plenty time.

My daughter and I were in London for a few days to attend a concert and this hotel was perfect to stay in as it was convenient to 3 different tube stations and Euston overground station and was within very easy walking distance of Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly, Covent Garden etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there is a very convenient mini-market in the lobby which seems to be open 24 hrs. We did not eat here so cannot comment on breakfast etc. The only negatives we would say is that the room and bathroom are quite small and basic and there is no air conditioning, We couldn't open the window at night as the noise of the traffic was too loud. London was very hot when we were there so it was quite hard to sleep. As we were only staying a few nights we didn't mind. The cost was reasonable taking into account London prices so I would definitely recommend this hotel :)
