Room was very clean but small by Canadian standards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were amazing. Room was very quiet. Hotel was close to bus, train and tube transport. Would stay there again.

Arrived at check in time to be inform that as my Husband was the lead name I couldn’t have access to the room with my child as despite having my passport with same name and confirmation in hand I “could be anyone”. I wasn’t allowed to phone him for the same reason so he had to email reception which added 15 mins to the wait whilst receptionist dealt with others. No power in room other than lights, raised and waited 30 mins with nobody arriving to fix. Then highlighted to reception at 5:30pm when leaving room, told it would be fixed. Returned at 11:05pm and it was still not fixed. 3 requests is poor. Nice enough hotel, cracking location but for the reasons above I won’t be returning.

All the facilities we expected and staff all very friendly and helpful.

Loved the Location-in the Bloomsbury District-our room was right across from the Park with a nice view (3rd floor). The windows were open slightly when we arrived....it was cool and felt great..no air conditioning-but don't think you need it there. We used the provided fan at night. We didn't have much interaction with the staff but when we did, they were nice. We did pay for the all you can eat breakfast buffet separately from our room and it was nice. Lots of people were there and the service was great. The room with a kingsize bed and bathroom were small but comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff were really helpful and the location is great

I was really impressed with the hotel. Despite the rooms being somewhat dated the bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong and the breakfast was good. All the staff I spoke to were polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, about 5 mins walk from London Euston and there is a nice park directly in front of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

It was in a good location for train and tube stations, the breakfast was worth the money and staff very efficient. Will stay there again.
