Very professional staff with great room and amenities. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious.

The rooms were very nice, the amenities and the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The staff are very nice.

This place is good but the front desk staff didn’t know what they were doing.

Terrible service, terrible attitude. Although the in room facilities were high tech the whole trip was ruined by the attitude of the staff. Within two hours of arrival we were called to ask what time we would be checking out! There are much cheaper 4 star hotels with much better service in Chennai!

Everything about this hotel was great: room, comfort, staff, food. We stayed for 4 days. Will certainly come back and stay anytime, best hotel in T Nagar

Room boys who clean room

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Check-in and reception service were poor.

Property under renovation. Lot of sound and dust. Pool is closed
