I had a pleasant stay at The Madras Grand. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The property is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but satisfactory. Overall, it’s an affordable option that offers good value for money. I would consider staying here again.

Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was reasonably good.

Good sized room. Good service. Breakfast was average, could be better.

Apartment was fanastic for the 6 of us. It was very clean, spacious with a lounge and kitxehn area. All bedrooms were ensuite.

Spot on for any guest looking for a clean and tidy room, amazing staff always with a smile and ready to do anything for their guests, the love and hospitality they bring to the hotel is so special, I hope that people looking for a hotel in Chennai should stay at the Madras Grand to actually experience the kind of experience that I have enjoyed missing all of the relationships we shared with the amazing staff and thank all of you for the love and respect,Charles Tilaka

Great property, very well maintained!

The pics online did not match the actual look. The place looks old and has a musty smell. It comes with a small reception and the staff were helpful. We went up to our room, it looked clean but the bed felt like someone had slept in those sheets before us as it did not feel fresh, found hair on the bed and the sheets were yellow looking as if it was reused. I would say this has more of a motel feel than a hotel We booked for 3 days but checked out on the same day as it wasn't up to our expectations.
