The hotel was perfect for what I was looking for. Great stay

Great staff and all team players too. Most comfortable spotless room. Ideal location across from Seacon Shopping Mall. Ask "Mr.Ae" for directions to mall. Very sincere individual.

Very good and quiet hotel with a good pool and restaurant…

Clean, reasonable. Staff is wonderful!

The staff was pleasant, and check in went smoothly. The room was clean and wifi acceptable. What can be improved: -increase the water pressure. -better soundproofing the rooms facing the busy road. -enhance the smell of the room and common areas. There's a strong cleaning agent smell. It was not a bad stay, but surely can be better if the suggestions above are implemented.

Superior Service in everything, including very clean room, very warm and friendly staff, very good Breakfast and Fast Internet too.

Nice room and good swimingpool

All The Staff Were Amazing

I have no problem with the property, however we had to leave early for reasons not related to the hotel. We needed to be closer to the hospital as it was very far away. Expedia has been trying for days to contact the property to get my refund on the days I didnt stay at the hotel. We really want to go back and stay at this property, however if they cannot even respond to calls or emails, then whats the point? We would have been content at this property had we not had the unforseen circumstances.

Nice and close to shopping mall.
