Hotel room service line and lobby line cannot call tbru

Wifi is abit slow. And bathroom corners are moldy. Overall the rooms are clean but furnishing is run down.

Kindly do a thorough refurbishment to maintain the room. We did not lodge a complaint at all as we were too tired to run through the process

Great view of the Malacca Strait, Masjid Selat Melaka and the surrounding areas. WiFi connection could have been better - no connection at all. Very limited TV channels.

Checked in Premier room with bath tub and a small kitchen. Very old hotel and old interior design in room, no maintenance. Floor in room has many stains and dirt. Very limited TV channels . Very strong Aroma / scent when stepped in the room which was unpleasant for us. There are stains on shower towels and called for replacement but need to wait at least 20mins. When passed the dirty towels to the hotel staff (indian), he got no response even an apologise after showing him the stains. Unaccepted that one ot the replacement towel has stain also and i immediately request for a new one again! Ok fine it was only one night stay, that’s more than enough

Very good location near lots of eateries. Check-in reception very slow. Old hotel. Water heater not working needs to remind for 2 days before switching us to a different room.

Will not recommend friends/ family to stay this hotel.

For a 1 bedroom unit, with living room and kitchenette, price was relatively cheap. Bathtub was ok too. But the bed and pillows were not great. Place a bit old. Aircon in the living room was not working. Good enough to just stay for the night.

Poor standard. Very tired snd shabby hotel rooms. Paid for a deluxe room .. nothing deluxe about it.
