Very helpful staff Excellent wifi Huge (too big?) room for 1 person I didn’t try the breakfast or pool so no comments about them. I had a room at the back on a high floor & traffic noise was really loud during the day but thankfully it went to almost 0 after dark so I slept ok. Not a lot of places of interest close by but there were good eating places across the road then go to the left then first right towards the river The keycards were frustrating as numerous times I had to get them "recharged" as they stopped working. I'll stay again for sure if I ever go back to Melaka

Everything is fine as usual except the Aircon fan rattling.

Breakfast was okay. Facilities were old. Service was good

The room was clean and the location was great. There are convinence stores nearby

Welcoming staff. decent facilities. it’s also walkable distance to tourist places

Awsome n great. The hotel staff is very frenly and the is clean. Only the check in time need to improved

Best location, good service and friendly staff.

Clean rooms but access card and security procedure from carpark could be improved as just anyone can go up the rooms!

Good service, comfy bed

Toilet needs to improve.
