The room was clean as well as the linens. The mattress was kind of cheap, maybe 3 inches thick. You could sleep but it was somewhat uncomfortable. Reminded me of the cots when I was a counselor at a summer camp. There was cracks in the brick walls, the rooms had some spackal but wasn't painted. Bathrooms with showers were always flooded with water so there must had been leaks from the shower. I loved the staff. There were very kind and helped me get around the city. Good food!!

This is an excellent option on a very tight budget. It is hard to criticise at the price but there are other dormitory offerings that are more comfortable and enjoyable. Great location and bedding very clean.

Staff was great in accommodating all my tourist questions and demands. Be cautioned the bathroom on the second floor is in major need of an update, shower not even having a proper shelf to hold your toiletries. The communal bathroom and showers one floor below I feel were missed by a majority of the tenants, so maybe some signage would help those less inclined on listening to the briefing? Also take note that power outlets are limited in the room, so be prepared to negotiate with your roommates or spend your time occupying a port in the pub. So long as you’re mentally prepared otherwise for a stay that, while not fancy, covers the basics, and cheap to boot— this is the place to stay!

No airconditioning, no lift. But I can accept them as this facility is so cheap and it has a convenient location. Easy access to Euston railway station!

Terrible place

I liked the picture of a map in my room

Train cancelled and needed a last minute bed for the night. What a find great pub lovely helpful staff. Check in easy and very comfortable great nights sleep. First time in a hostel won’t be the last would definitely stay here again when in London.

The doors on the first floor were very noisy when closing. It kept us awake. Simply installing something to make them close slowly would help.

The location of the hostal is great, very central and only 2 min walk from Euston station. Check in was very friendly and the dorm was super clean (which was a change from the previous hostal). Would definitely stay here again.

Good pub food, very central location.
