Excellent location for arriving. Easy monorail ride from Haneda. Good train and subway connection nearby for siteseeing. The 2 doubles with sofa bed was perfect size for 4 adults. Very roomy for Tokyo hotel.

It was clean and easy to get around Tokyo from the hotel. Just what I needed for my stay.

Double rooms are very small but will definitely work for two people. Next time I will book a slightly larger room, though, just to make it easier to pack

This was a simple stay, perfect for solo travelers. They have everything you need. The bathroom is also very nice! It's different than other kinds of hotels and reminds me more of an upscale hostel with shared eating spaces. But I loved my room!

Room is small because this is tokyo. Cant blame anyone since the room size is listed. Ok close to 浜松站, 大門站，and still walking distance to Yurikamome. Will be a great choice if there is no large luggage (180cm). Also have subway station connects to Haneda airport. The staff helps me to call taxi to airport and about 7500 yen. Bathroom / toilet are surprisingly large and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Can ask them anything. Check-in check out are easy enough. Something i dont like is , the furniture is old. Scratch mark on wall.

Great location, close to JR train station. Clean. Perfect accommodation for a short stay.

The curtains were torn and wallpaper was ripping off but otherwise clean. Quiet neighbourhood thats about a 5-10 minute walk to a subway station. Note there is no ac in the units. You must open the window to cool down the unit

Staff were extremely helpful

Staff was so friendly and I loved the lobby because it felt cozy and easy to talk to other guests that were around. The whole concept of as shared space for guests to hang out is novel and more fun than expected! The room was a bit cramped for two people, but clean and great for a week-long stay. The hotel is located in a safe area and close to a train station, so it was so convenient to reach all the major neighborhoods (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harujuku, Asakusa, Akhibara, Ginza, etc.).
