Clean room, awesome quiet location, but it's still in a convenient location. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a quieter stay in Tokyo with nice gardens just around the corner

This hotel was in a great location! Only a few minutes walk from Tokyo Tower and train stations, including the Yurikamome train.

Very much glad we only stayed here one night between coming back from kyoto before our flight. The room was rather small which with two large suitcases wasn't ideal, while it looked surface clean if you looked closer the edges of the carpet round furniture was full of dust, patches of wallpaper were stuck on corners and the ac was dusty. The bed was in the corner which meant it was difficult for me to get out of without disturbing my husband, the bed itself was on the creaky side and the pillows were little more than a pancake so I used a rolled up towel and my jacket to support my head. Certainly need to invest in better sound proofing as we were disturbed with noise from adjacent rooms till past 10pm then we awoke at 5:30 with the noise from the hallway of people leaving rooms and talking, and light coming in round the curtains. The wifi was hit and miss for me and my husband couldn't even connect. He had a shower and only has short hair but tried to use the hair dryer and it smelt like burning so I didn't even bother using the shower despite planning to. Certainly wouldn't stay here again 😬

Great stay at Richmond Hotel - super convenient location, comfy beds, soak-in tub, lots of toiletries, and friendly staff! We’ll be back!

This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff. The Tokyo tower is literally to the left of it once you walk outside. It’s a great sight to see. Subways very close by and many shops to enjoy nearby as well. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Clean room with lots of handy amenities. Bed was comfortable as well

This hotel was in great area to grab food and catch the metro to the airport. ( I wouldn’t recommend the monorail as much longer walk) staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable
