My family and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful in booking us a tour of Halong Bay as well as transportation to and from the airport which I highly recommend as it was very convenient to have someone waiting for you at the airport and ready to pick you up at the hotel on the return trip. The room was very clean and quiet, and the balcony was a nice area to view the busy street below. The location is centrally located in the old quarter with the night market being a 5 minute walk and many locations wither a 5 to 10 minute walk. There are many highly rated restaurants walking distance from the hotel with amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Thank you to Linda and the rest of the staff for making our stay a wonderful one. We are looking forward to returning to Hanoi and staying at this location.

Well located but not really a luxury hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location to experience the Old Quarter. We’ll be back!

Good clean room. Great location and friendly staff.

Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Perfect location.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good vibe and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Old Quarter

We had a lovely stay at The Luxury Hotel. The staff provided excellent and friendly service and spent time answering our questions about Hanoi. The location was perfect.

The hotel staff are amazing. The morning breakfast is really good and the area is very central and convenient to walk around.

The standouts for this place was the service and friendly staff. The most comfortable bed ,great shower pressure and was quiet. The family room did feel closed in without having a window out to the street. The gym was a let down with only one small bench and some free weights, but did have a good treadmill.

Hotel staff were super pleasant and helpful. We had our cell phone stolen while out and the staff helped us deal with police, try to locate the phone, and file a police report. They also prepared a full breakfast for us at 6:30 AM so we could catch our flight, even though they normally start breakfast at 7:00.
