Simply wow! We were absolutely fascinated by this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Pen is such a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This villa is perfect for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. All you hear are the beautiful sounds of nature around you. The villa is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. It’s located about 35 minutes from Old Town and Nimman, which we didn’t mind at all because the setting is so peaceful. There is also a lovely restaurant just a short walk away. One of our favorite things was the daily breakfast. Having fresh meals cooked for us right in the villa every morning felt like a luxury! We also loved that airport pick-up and drop-off were included. The van was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition, and the driver was always punctual and professional. 100 out of 100! Thank you, Pen, and thank you to the amazing cleaning and cooking staff for making our stay so special. We truly felt cared for and hope to come back again soon. 🙏

We had an amazing stay at this rental in Mae Rim Grace everything exceeded expectations. Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. To top it off, the complimentary airport transfers were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay in Mae Rim!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and close to many attractions but you will need a car to get to them. We used grab. Pen is a great host and always available to help when needed.

Loved the cook to order breakfast in your room and ease of airport transportation. Villa was secluded and private with lots of room for nice retreat.

Remote location. But very spacious and host wast great to deal with. Need own transportation to get around.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 days and departed on new years day. The property is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. Communication with Pen is great and both Pen with Mr Nirun were very helpful. Only one thing to consider is if you do not have a car and is travelling to downtown during festive season (NYE for us), you may struggle getting a Grab/Bolt. It shouldnt be a problem during other times.

We had a great stay at Mae Rim Grace. Khun Pen took very good care of our families. The facilities were clean and spacious. Perfect for our two big families.

The villa was so beautiful and spacious! Great for a big group to stay at and about a 20 min quick drive to the city and old town! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing! It was delivered to the room while i slept and didnt hear a noise. The service and stay were definitely 5 stars! The private pool was refreshing! Thank goodness it is private bc i forgot my bathing suit! Pen is so nice and accommodating! She really went above and beyond her job! So is so helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend. Will be back!
