The hotel overall has a lot of potential but fell short in some key areas during our stay.
Pros:
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, which made certain aspects of our stay pleasant.
The overall ambiance of the hotel is nice, and the location is convenient.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the rear garden with the pool had a very unpleasant smell (sewage), making the pool area unusable. (Waste of money to upgrade to room with private pool).
The hot tub was not very clean, which was disappointing.
I got sick after eating dim sum at the hotel breakfast, which raises concerns about food safety.
While the staff’s kindness was appreciated, the cleanliness and hygiene issues made it hard to fully enjoy our stay.
