Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast and fabulous pool and amenities. Rooms are starting to look a little tired though.

Awesome staff who were incredibly caring and dedicated to our needs! We are vegetarian, and the resort staff went above and beyond to ensure we were beautifully catered to. We would like to give a huge thank you to the following staff members for making sure my family and I were completely satisfied from day one Ira (Front Desk & Management): From our initial reservation and check-in all the way to check-out, Ira ensured we were happy with our rooms and everything the resort provided. We didn't even know she was in management until later because she was so humble and never once led with her title, which I personally loved. Koming (Kitchen/Chef) took amazing care of us. Every single morning, she would greet us by name and ask what we wanted to eat. Even though her specific cooking station mostly served meat, she would personally ask other staff members to prepare fully vegetarian food for us. The food was absolutely great! Dharma, Natta, Oka, and Denny: These guys took care of us from day one. What really stood out was that they were always smiling and genuinely asking how we were doing after a long day of adventures. They always wanted to know how they could make our stay even better. My kids especially loved Dharma and Oka, frequently visiting them for butterfly pea tea and always returning with big smiles. Before returning home to the USA, my kids were already saying, "We need to come back here again!" They had an absolutely fantastic time at the resort. THANK YOU!

Rooms are a little old but the service is good. The staffs are very helpful.

I recently stayed at this resort, the staff were all extremely friendly and accomodating, shoutout to Demmy the customer experience manager! The buffet breakfast was just as amazing, as were the pools (plural). Everything was tidy, the room was spacious. Would recommend!

Neither of our rooms were ready when wr arrived at just before 4PM. ​It was clear that something wasn't right, as the staff were whispering back and forth. The check-in process for the first room took 30 minutes & the second room wasn't available until 1.5hrs later. ​By way of apology, we were provided with a room upgrade, two massage vouchers, and a 1-hour late check-out. This was a great gesture and much appreciated, as it put our stay back on track. ​The stay itself was very nice. The hotel is lovely, the pool is great, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and the staff throughout the property were friendly. However, please note there is an enormous development site directly next to the property, so some rooms look directly onto it and it may become noisy in the future. ​Unfortunately, checking out was an even bigger shambles than checking in. We were locked out of our room because, despite the agreed-upon late check-out, the system hadn't been updated. As part of our Hotels.com booking, we were entitled to a 20% Food & Beverage discount per room. ​Because of the admin mess at check-in, the front desk could not figure out how to apply the discount. Resolving this took another 30 minutes, we ultimately left with only a part of the discount applied. Because we had a flight to catch, we couldn't spend any more time trying to rectify it. ​ ​​Overall, the front desk was terribly disorganized, making the arrival and departure experiences incredibly frustrating.

The staff are amazing, super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The buffet breakfast is awesome with heaps of variety, something for everyone. Highlight for us is the gym and the beach front pool. There is also a number of good restaurants nearby and a mini mart for convenience. I would highly recommend staying here, it is truly value for money.

Older fit couple taking a 5 night stay prior to heading home from 2 months in Lovina. Wanted a property near the beach. Reception was a lovely set up but we were disappointed with the way rooms were on one side of a busy road and the beach on other side with most restaurants on the beach side. Moving between both sides was assisted by staff stopping traffic. Breakfast was served on the accommodation side and was a highlight with both food and staff of top service. Prior request for a quiet room required a post first night relocate due to the amount of evening traffic on road front of property. Costs in the resort were much higher and sourcing food outside, whilst many places, was not easy with food allergies not being understood. Massage options, whilst over catered on the strip along same road, were of a quality low and request high! On site services were very expensive, so opted to not use. The resort Shuttle service to airport was offered at a high cost, whilst the taxi service the resort called for us, was much more reasonable. If cost no option for you I’m sure none of my thoughts will be of concern.

Our girls’ trip at Sakala Resort was incredible. We stayed in a pool‑access room, which made the whole experience feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The resort is beautifully maintained and always clean, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and attentive. We loved having three pools to choose from, with swim up bars, a view of the beach and plenty of sun lounges. The food was consistently delicious, from breakfast to late‑night bites. Overall, the perfect mix of luxury and comfort, great service, and stunning scenery.
