Our stay at Novotel Bali Benoa was wonderful. The resort is very nice, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell the property is well taken care of, from the gardens to the rooms and common areas—everything felt comfortable, peaceful, and inviting.
The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.
The restaurant at the resort was also very convenient, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the property. If you want to explore outside, there are also many restaurants and massage places nearby within walking distance, offering very good food and excellent massages at very reasonable prices.
