Staff was amazing. Hotel is not a 5 star accommodation but a mid level hotel that serves as a great base to explore the city from. Things to know? Mattresses are firm. Secure parking in the back. Short distances between Nimman and old city ares.

Just ok. Not worth the price. Such noisy customers. No overnight staff to take care of disrespectful propletalking lowdly and walking like they are as heavy as elephants . Hard bed. Old towels. Dint rely on the reception business hours, they tend to be late on the weekend. Dusty in corners. The water in the pool was foggy with bugs. Jets not woking so no water circulation; so never got to try it..Well situated .

ดีมาก The hotel is on a central road in the area, so accessible is really convenient. Plus, as the whole of the Chiang Mai city has access to the Neuron electric scooter rental service, the Geo parking spot is just in front of the hotel, which makes it even more convenient and ideal for low budget travel. But the water pressure for the shower could be improved though.
