This is an excellent hotel with a great staff. They are always willing to help with all tourist activities and transportation options. The breakfast was great with numerous selections. The room was big and clean. Laundry was done on site for a good price. And there’s plenty of parking on the property. For me this is the best value.

Lovely guest house in a non-tourist area of Sukhothai. Great place to experience authentic Thai life.
Several tuk tuks available every day that will take you to the Historical Park.
Breakfast is made to order and very good.
The owner is very helpful and makes sure you have everything you need.
