I have stayed in the past, however this time I was surprised at how rundown and dirty it was! Not only was the room dirty, but they also hadn't taken the time to even straightened up lamps and chairs that are falling apart. Art has been removed from walls, yet they haven't bothered to clean the walls, a visible dirty outline remains. Sadly, I recommended this hotel on my past experience only to be told, they had less then great experience and would not be staying there again. (EG Pool of blood on mattress that had been flipped to cover it. however, mattress toper was not one you can turn over it didn't feel right, so they investigated it. only to be horrified at the find. This was the second room they had been moved to due to uncleanliness. Breakfast wait was over 1 1/2 hour wait in the restaurant. We were not asked about our stay on check out, and we didn't bother as we overheard them talking about the number of complaints they already had. We will not be recommending or coming back.

Don’t be sucked in to paying for the breakfast. Waited forty minutes after ordering and when we asked where our meal was it was served stone cold. Serving staff took our plates and returned same cold food with fresh eggs on same soggy toast. Thought we would be foolish enough to accept this, had to send it back again and wait even longer to be served fresher food which was still rather low quality.

The wrap continues to be our go to when in Melbourne. It makes accessing everything so easy, the parking is easy and our apartments always have great views. We feel well looked after in every visit.

Beautiful views of the city with corner room with corner floor to ceiling windows. Impressive value for the price.

Location was great over all clean friendly elevators weren't the best

Old room. Had to book for further night after work extended. Had been booked and paid for by employer. No communication - staff burst into my room whilist trying to Finnish important deadline! Very frustrating.

I want to formally complain about our stay with the WRAP, we have been staying at this hotel for 10 years + now, never have we experienced such bad quality cleanliness, the carpets, the walls, the bathrooms, the doors, the bedding, were horrible, public toilets in the CBD are cleaner, we had our 5 month old baby with us for this stay and I was horrified by how dirty he room was.
