Extremely disappointing experience. The room was affected by an extremely loud and continuous water/plumbing noise from the adjacent room throughout the night. It was so disruptive that I could not sleep at all. I immediately reported the issue to reception, but despite explaining the severity, I was simply told there were no other rooms available and was offered earplugs as the only solution. There was no genuine apology, urgency, or meaningful attempt to resolve the problem. Paying for a hotel room where you cannot sleep is unacceptable. This completely ruined my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel unless the noise issues are properly addressed.

Perfect location & very close to the Metro Tunnel.

Had a great stay! Staff were kind and helpful for anything I needed.

Have been here twice and we love the location and the staff are the best!

Out of the way but handy . Central. Comfortable bed ,great pillows

Central, walking distance to shops and restaurants

So quiet despite being central..lovey staff

Perfect place for a good sleep, small but renovated/new look and comfortable. Note there is massive construction right next to the property but no disturbance during the night at all.

Room can be cleaner
