Their amenities section pickup/dropoff at LAX but fails to mention that you must call the hotel for pickup. After 20 minutes of no van we asked another Hilton driver and only then did we learn that we needed to call them. The young lady was tacky and rude and told us it would be 15-25 minutes depending on traffic (1.7 miles). 35 minutes later we called back and was told it could be 15-55 minutes and put my wife on hold for nearly 15 minutes. 30 minutes later an unmarked van that had nothing to do with the hotel pulled up and called our name. I cannot tell you HOW MUCH we enjoyed the extra 1 1/2 hours they added to our 16 plus hour return from South Hampton/Heathrow. They should have been up front about their pickup policy, not lied to us three times and then send an unidentified vehicle without contacting us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Everything was Great, the heated pool was amazing

Everything was perfect! So friebdly, so clean, so espacious! Will return for sure!

The staff were great. I had an issue with checking in. Also my fire alarm was going off when I showered. No real issues. Great location. I think just being from LA and knowing there are other hotels in the area on the same level for less money is what’s getting to me. My opinion is that this hotel is overpriced. I’ll come back if I had to.

Room wasn't clean. Makeup on the bed spread, food and drink left in the fridge from the last guests. Shower floor was black. When they couldn't move us we asked if someone would at least come spruce up the bathroom and take the trash from the fridge. A guy worker came up and cleaned the shower with a toilet brush 😳 Needless to say we showered with shoes on and will not be back Staff was not welcoming or helpful. We felt like an inconvenience to them vs. Guests Very disappointed as a former GM of a Hilton Property I was amazed at the way this property is being run and managed
