There are very few luggage carts available, and the staff don’t seem to be helpful in trying to help getting one or helping disabled folks get their luggage to the room. Also, parking is 48$, even disabled spots. It’s a terrible place for disabled people to stay. We also called 3 times for an extra blankie for the sofa bed for our 3rd person (disabled) and the blanket never arrived.
The facility is nice, clean and beautiful rooms, yummy breakfast - but the staff’s unhelpfulness - especially the guy at the front desk were not customer service oriented or problem-solvers. It soured the otherwise great hotel experience.
