It was a great location and very comfortable beds

Great service very attentive

The Loews New Orleans on the corner of Poydras and Peter’s was the perfect place for our mother daughter getaway to New Orleans. The King bed had the crisp cotton white sheets I always look for in a quality hotel and the bathroom and in room amenities allowed the two of us relax in style and get ready for our various dates and excursions with a mirror in both areas. We had plenty of space and a view towards the Caesars casino. The elevators were quick and convenient. All personnel were very helpful but our favorite was eating fried green tomato sandwiches and having drinks in the bar and visiting with beautiful Hannah our bartender and server. She was a welcoming face each day as we came in from the heat and chose our favorite beignets and drink. The breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and we were able to sit right down. We were able to walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon and Canal Streets. We walked easily to the WWII museum and to the streetcar stop. We took a pedicab twice at night and it was easy to get to the places we needed. Lyfts were easy to get and we felt safe and comfortable most of the time.

Staying at Loews was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From arrival to departure, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The location was ideal—close enough to easily walk to the French Quarter and other attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Jamal is my favorite! Very helpful and goes above and beyond. I would mention more staff but he stands out. The valet guys as well. Comfortable beds with amazing air conditioning
