Upon booking the staff made contact asking about our travel plans as well as plans for our stay in Hanoi. They recommended a few different tours etc and we decided upon a V’ Spirit Halong Bay 1 night cruise. We also took them up on the offer of an 630am airport pick up for the five of us. Our airport pick up went well and upon arrival at the hotel we received a warm welcome to go with our welcome drinks. A family room was provided to rest and store our things until our rooms were available to check-in. Our rooms were adequate and certainly made use of the space. Beds were comfy, air con was quiet and worked well and the showers were good. The rooms were quite dated but tidy and clean. The hotel itself was tidy, clean and reasonably well maintained. The breakfast buffet was disappointing with the photos making it look bigger and better than it was. The only thing smaller was the “restaurant” itself. A few small tables is about the size of it. The location is in a great part of town handy the the markets, the lake, many many cafes and restaurants and bars and shops. I would definitely stay there again just without the buffet. P.S the recommended Ha Long Bay cruise was fantastic!!!!

Nice hotel and an excellent location to base your stay in Hanoi. Special mention to Mimi and Jimmi who provided outstanding service and an extra special mention to Celina who consistently provided excellent and friendly service to us and always went out of her way to look after us during our stay.

Lovely staff members, in particular Cenlina and Mimi who were very enthusiastic. The room had all the facilities I really wished for. The Hoan Kiem Lake, bus stops and restaurants were all within a walkable distance. The breakfast offered good sorts of food (Western and non-Western) and healthy choices such as salads, vegetables and exotic fruits.

We had a fantastic stay at The hanoi signature hotel. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter, restaurants, cafés and major attractions. The room was spotless, comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast offered a great variety each morning. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from Jimmi and Mimi who were incredibly friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.

Nice property located in the center of everything.

The air conditioning was great. So was breakfast and the staff. The only you thing that could have been better was that the room barely fit the beds so we had to step over luggage and squeeze around each other to move around the room. There was no room for furniture so the luggage just laid on the floor. Otherwise this hotel was awesome

I stayed here and used this hotel as a base for my 3 months of adventures in and around Vietnam. They safely kept my luggage while I left on short adventures and it always felt like coming home here. The staff is fantastic!!! They’d see me coming back in a taxi, exhausted, and they’d run out and carry my luggage. I’m 70 and it was greatly appreciated. And the beds were always comfortable. Great location in Old Quarters!

The lift starts on second floor. The hotel is dated but relatively clean. Not enough PowerPoints but the staff were excellent. Not a big variety for breakfast but enough. Traffic noise is a bit loud but great location
