We were suppose to only stay here two nights and go on a cruise after. My husband fell ill at the airport in arriving in Honolulu. The doctor told us, no cruise. I called the hotel and spoke with the Manager, Bernie. I advised her of our situation and now needed a longer stay, could the hotel help with pricing since now we would be there 6 nights. After checking, she told us that they could offer $170 per night plus tax. I was so pleased. After paying the bill, the next day, Bernie called and told me that the clerk forgot to collect the Hotel FEE of just over $200....huh? I'm calling this a Bait and Switch method. I did NOT have the opportunity to look at another hotel for pricing. She is the manager, did she not know of the Hotel Fee when she quoted me? Other than that, the Hotel is very DATED...like back in the 1980's era. Pool is small and located on the 2nd floor. Stay far away from this hotel.
