Troy was awesome and the parking attendant that worked Tuesday night swing, "aunty" was very sweet. I appreciated them very much. When we arrived, the toilet leaked water and large amount on the floor. Maintenance came and fixed it. The sink counter and dish tray was very dirty. Maybe due to the lighting in the bathroom being very dim, they did not see it. Troy and aunty is the reason why I enjoyed our time there! Thank you Troy and aunty!

The hotel was nice. The elevator was not working for the gym. We had to go up the side stairs. The gym is near the parking lot. I didn’t like where it was located. The pool was a good size. The staff was friendly .

Pros: Great location, wonderful staff. Cons: Had bathroom issues twice, tinder pool you could ever imagine.

The location of this hotel is excellent—it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the beach, and many local attractions, which made getting around very convenient. My experience at check-in was not the best. The woman at the front desk on my first day seemed rushed and came across as unfriendly, almost as if she was upset or annoyed. Fortunately, the rest of the staff I interacted with during my stay were pleasant and helpful. A special mention goes to the housekeeping attendant on the 10th floor during my first day. She was absolutely wonderful—extremely polite, kind, and welcoming. She provided the warmest customer service experience I had at the hotel and truly stood out. One thing to be aware of is the parking. The parking area is quite small, and if you have a larger vehicle, such as a Toyota Tacoma, maneuvering and fitting into a parking space can be challenging. Overall, the great location was the highlight of my stay, but improvements in front desk customer service and parking accommodations would make the experience even better.

The room itself was okay, if you are just using it to freshen up and rest then that’s what it’ll do. The room is small, bathroom very small. Whoever cleaned our room didn’t really do a decent job. And the table by the sliding door was super wobbly, literally had napkins wedged in the base but it didn’t do anything. Toilet paper holder was barely hanging on too

Enjoyed our stay.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. They could use some more lighting in the rooms and bathroom and I missed having a coffee pot but the coffee downstairs was fresh and delicious.

I had a wonderful stay. Super clean with a great view of the ocean and a super comfortable mattress. Slept well for all the daily strenuous excursion activities. Great central location. Hotel staff were great and did not make me feel rushed on checkout day. Only suggestion would be in an room microwave.

The description implies that it is close to the beach it is not 10-15 min walk The pool and spa are small - pool was probably 8 x 16 Shower water pressure weak Room service every 2 days - I mean really! Covid is over! Room was spacious and yes there was an ocean view albeit from a mile or 2 away! Location was amongst stores and bars restaurants Discount at hotel bar was a welcome surprise Resort fee of $40 per day totally unjustified- making it $300 per night
