Housekeeping staff was amazing and took great care to attend to our room. Bonus was a teakettle and various teas offered in the room. Being inside the train station, the train to anywhere was right there!

Hotel is a decent price but is becoming a little run down. Bath towels are worn; the shower door doesn't fully enclose the water, so water went all over the floor. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Convenient to the trains, which was important for us.

Quiet room, and i liked to location in relation to Uber Arena

Would stay again

We did online check in before we arrived as we knew it would be late. However that didn’t save anytime at all but the again the man on reception was not helpful or friendly at all. If my wife answered a question he ignored her and would only accept if from myself. We have used Intercity hotels before due to always receiving a travel card when paying your city tax, however he said they were no longer available due to new owners. Half an hour later he phoned our room to say on this occasion they would honour it! We stayed again later in the week and a different person on check in, she said we got the travel card if we were H rewards members! Not the best Intercity hotel but location was convenient. Breakfast was average.

It was a very comfortable stay and convenient w the train station and walking distance to the Uber Arena. Grocery stores within the station! Bed gave me many hours of great quiet sleep
