* ⭐ Overall: 9.6/10 * 🌆 Rooftop & Tokyo skyline: 10/10 – This is the standout feature. The rooftop bar and terrace on the 26th floor offer sweeping city views, and many guests specifically mention the breathtaking night skyline and unique overlook of the Oimachi train yard. * 🏨 Rooms: 9.5/10 – Brand new, modern, clean, and more spacious than many Tokyo hotels. * 🚆 Location: 9.5/10 – Directly connected to Ōimachi Station, making it easy to reach Shinagawa, Haneda Airport, and much of Tokyo. * 🍽️ Food & Surroundings: 9.5/10 – Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping are located within the same complex and nearby. * 💰 Value: 10/10 – Since it’s newly opened, it offers a luxury feel without the premium prices of Tokyo’s five-star hotels.
