Proximity to train station. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Very easy for international travelers like myself. Clean room as well as helpful staff.

Right next to the station

Great location not as touristy as a lot was able to get a feel for the real Tokyo.

We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers) and found the room extremely cramped. With two strollers and our luggage, there was very little space to move around. After a long day of travel, we asked if it would be possible to switch to a larger room, but were told we would need to pay an additional fee. The bathroom was also very small, and the sink was located directly beside the bed, which made the layout feel even more cramped for a family. We have stayed at many hotels throughout Japan and have generally found them to be very accommodating and willing to help families without additional charges. Unfortunately, our experience here felt more focused on extra fees than guest comfort. I hope this review helps other families traveling with young children. If you are considering booking here, I would strongly recommend confirming the room size in advance and requesting a larger room if needed.

It is a really new hotel, really clean, spacious rooms, helpful stuff. Convenient location next to train station, theater and shopping center with lots of restaurants

Pros: Loved the location. Right above the train station and surrounded by awesome cafes/restaurants/711. It's also walking distance to a large mall, Lawson's and other little eateries. There is also a cinema if you have kids. The Airport Limosine Bus from Haneda airport, stopped right outside Oimachi station and that was quite convenient. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, provided free drinking water bottles daily, fresh towels daily and useful toiletries. There was also a daily happy hour from 3pm-8pm for mocktails and amazing coffee. I definitely loved this. The area was very safe, even if you are a solo traveler and reception is open 24/7. Check-in and check-out process was seemless. Cons: We stayed here for 5 nights and my biggest con was the bathroom sink being inside the room. It made getting dressed extremely impossible, where one person had to leave the room for another to get dressed. Self-serve laundry in the hotel was always hard to Access and the cycle runs for at least 1.5 hrs. If winter clothing, you'll need about 4 hours. There is no iron or coffee/tea making facility in the room. There is a microwave, vending machine and ice machine though in the public areas.

Great location close to a shopping mall with multiple restaurants and food stores and easy access to train system.

Nice property located above the Oimachi train station. Great location with lots of shops and dining nearby. Roof top bar opens at 3pm most days and has beautiful views of the Tokyo skyline.

Very nice and new. Great vote of the train yard.
