This hotel is incredible. They provide lots of thoughtful extras, like pyjamas; you can also rent gym shoes, and they put umbrellas out for rainy days. It's above a fabulous food court where you can get a huge meal for about £6. The staff are super-friendly and attentive, and lots of them speak great English. There's even a laundry facility for guests to use.

Perfect location for commute to other places. Very clean neighborhood. Good choices of food

I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful. One thing to note is that amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials are self-serve at the reception area rather than provided in the room. There’s also no bottled water in the room—instead, there’s a jug you can use to fill up water from another floor. It definitely has more of a “do-it-yourself” style setup. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re okay with a more self-service experience and want a comfortable place to stay in the city.

The entire hotel was clean with a welcoming and friendly staff. The atmosphere was also very fun. My favorite was the outdoor space in the lobby to relax and get fresh air.

Wonderful hotel

Stayed at Omo5 Gotanda as a family of 4 (two elementary school kids). We got the deluxe room where there are two beds, then two more at the window cushioned benches. There were two sets of bedding in the closet. Once the beds were all set up, we all enjoyed having our own beds in a spacious room. Everything was clean. Amenities were well prepared. Front desk staff spoke good English. There were luggage lockers free for use for hotel guests. That helped us a lot in our departure day. We had the hotel breakfast one morning and it was yummy. Not huge portion but certainly enough to get you going for the day. Seven-elevens were nearby the hotel so no need to worry about getting some easy food. There is also a food hall right next to the hotel with good food options. Just make sure to check the business hours though. Overall, we loved our stay!

What a great hotel!! Accommodations were great, awesome staff and very close to train station. I will stay here again if i return to Japan.

Close to the station, nice decor and staff. Room was very small and the towels were very thin. The beds were on the wooden platform and the mattresses slide and move so not safe.

We had a brilliant stay and the staff were brilliant, really helpful.

Clean run with GORGEOUS views!! Such a comfortable stay and great to have the food hall downstairs.
