It’s a new hotel with excellent service. The location is good even though it’s a short walk to the nearest BTS.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is fantastic with a great menu, and the gym and pool facilities are also very nice. It is very walkable to EmQuartier, Emporium, EmSphere, and many other attractions. My only qualm is that the elevators do take quite a long time to arrive which is a bit of a pain. Also the hotel was hosting numerous events during my stay which made the elevator issue that much worse. Also - not sure if it was just me, but the lobby on Level 10 seemed to have a smell of garbage. Despite these small things, I would definitely stay here again.

Such a trendy and posh hotel located in the heart of the city. Very attentive and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, the washrooms were clean and big. Love the heated toilet! The amenities were great. The whole facilities like gym and pool were incredible. And it was close to everything! From shopping malls, SPA and restaurants!
