Beautiful hotel that is hard to fault. Amazing, helpful and super friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Buffet breakfast with cooked options had a great variety and very nice food.
The spa was very good, staff were exceptional, prices higher than those in the area, but still well worth it.
Reception staff were amazing, offered to answer questions and continue to help even after we left Hanoi.
The room was very comfortable and very clean with modern comforts, the only thing we could ask for would be a little softer bed. It was a little harder than we are used to, but comfortable enough to not disrupt sleep.
Hotel is well positioned in a very safe area only 400m from train street, food and shopping. All Old Quarter shopping odds within 20 min walk.
