View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10.

Biggest positive was the staff who were all lovely and welcoming. They tried their best to help wherever possible. Although the hotel is down a small alleyway where only TukTuks can go, it’s in a great location, close to all the residents and main attractions. The hotel itself is quite rundown and needs some attention. Although we only paid £50 per night, this is fairly expensive in India and the room itself needs a lot of attention. There was no wardrobe, no real storage facilities, cracked wallpaper and no proper curtains. Due to its location it is fairly noisy around the hotel so be prepared. The lack of hot water was a real downside. Even when there was some for a shower, it would only last a couple of minutes. Overall a clean and ok experience but there are better options nearby.

The behaviour of the employees are outstanding. Rooms are spacious, clean, quality of food is excellant. Overall excellant stay.

The property is located at a great place very near to Jagadish temple and other tourist attractions.
The stay was safe and quiet and we had a good time here. Kudos to the team. Only drawback was breakfast options were very limited and the service takes a lot of time. Do not come here by your car as the roads are very narrow and you cannot park your car at the hotel. Rest all were very good.
