Not clean room, staff not particularly friendly but then not unfriendly either. i think in the end I liked it for the beach, the pool and the grounds. Luckily there was a shuttle to the beach because it was quite a hike, especially back uphill after all day at the beach. It was quiet and peaceful and fairly close to what I wanted to do.

Room was clean, shower was great. Only complaint was no towel!
Lovely pool and stunning beach just a few minutes walk - they will drive you if you don't fancy the walk!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent - walking distance to restaurants and stores. Beach access - beach is beautiful. Lovely pool right by our room was adults only and was never busy. Room was clean and spacious, terrace was large. Staff very friendly.
Like most hotels in Thailand, only one towel each, no hand towels, and shower made entire bathroom floor wet. Unlike a lot of hotels in Thailand, pool/beach towels were provided.
We booked fairly last minute and found the price was good.
