The rooms are clean and well kept. The front desk lady is wonderful! She is on top of everything, and very nice and kind. It's a tiny, narrow guesthouse, but I've had 3 stays here and love it. It's a quick walk to Khao San Rd, yet it's quiet and peaceful and very comfortable. And very affordable! Everything works well and is well maintained.

The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located near Khaosan Rd, like a minute walk away. Just be aware that there's isn't an elevator, if you have heavy luggage and you're on a higher floor.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Nina house. Le hotes sont très accueillants et très gentils. La guest house et la chambre sont très propres et très calmes tout en etant proche du centre historique et d'un quartier tres vivant la nuit. Petit bémol pour la taille de la chambre qui, avec le grand lit, limite la circulation. Cependant pour un court séjour, ça ne pose pas de problème. OK, mais si on va lui dit 15 jours là, j'ai réduit non pas. Voilà.

3 days no hot water available in our room. Owner told it would be fixed, but it didn’t happen.

A lady staff was very kind and place was so clean. I was happy that the bathroom was also clean. Location is amazing too. If I come back to Bangkok, I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much :)

It was very clean, but it was on the fifth floor and there was no lift. Never did get the TV working and there was no safe.

Nice place that’s very quiet even though Khao San Road is literally 2 mins away. Very clean city cool AC. Free bottle water.

Simple but good option, modern and good facilities, comfortable. Small room but ok for a short stay.

This place was clean and comfortable. It is close to many temples and Khaosan Rd is a very short walk away. Despite it being so close to the party street there was never any noise issues. I would definitely stay again. Five stars!
