In Old Town, very nice, convenient for our needs and within the area for hotel pickup for our tours. Worked great for us!

This is a gem of a hotel. Right from check-in to checkout everything was excellent Thank you Tap at the front desk you are incredible !!! The cleaning staff impeccable The location was perfect and the property immaculate Thank you what a great experience in old town

The room was perfect, clean and spacious. staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. It’s a great location in the beautiful old town and handy to have a laundry across the street. 10 minutes walk from great eating places and actions .

Room was basic but clean, air conditioned, well decorated and good location.

On my first night, the sheets were dirty. The cafe was never open in the morning (700/800) when it would have been convenient before going on early morning day trips and when I was awoken late at night (100) by loud guests upstairs there was no one at the front desk to assist me. On another night when I was disturbed again by the same loud guests at a similar time someone was at the front desk but I was told I could not be moved because I was checking out that same day. So clearly there was no concern for my comfort or ability to sleep. Also, the tv entertainment options were lacking (unable to connect to apps like YouTube or Netflix). The hotel is in a nice part of Old City close to good bars, restaurants, and the northern night market has great options.

Excellent! The person who works at night is very good. He helped booking our taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. Amazing stuff!

Great location

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city right in the middle of all the action. Western style hotel and didn't feel corporate. felt like a courtyard marriott with a very local touch. Location is unbeatable for the price.

Had a perfectly lovely stay at the Old Town Chiang Mai Boutique. It was in a great location, central to everything we wanted to see. Also had a comfy bed and kind staff. 10/10 would stay again.
